You earn 0.30 overriding commission from all successful load transactions of retailers that you have created. This is accumulated and credited every 10th of the month.

A confirmation message will be sent to you informing you if the transfer was successfully made or not. The e-load or e-pins will then be sent to the mobile number of the recipient indicated in the request.

For E-load, you can still get back the amount provided that the number of the target recipient is non-existent. If the target number do exists, then you cannot claim back the amount loaded.

D-Loads retailers may transfer load fund to any members registered under D-Loads advance and D-Loads RT. To transfer, text

Retailers may transfer a minimum amount of P100 and a maximum of P10,000 for every transfer.

Transaction fees are chargeable to the recipient. P10 will be charged for every load fund transfers amounting to less than P1,000 while 1% of the amount will be charged for every load fund transfers amounting to P1,000 and up.

Retailer's income is (Transaction fee less P2). Retailers earn a minimum of P8 per load fund transfer.

Probable reasons are as follow:

1. The system has not yet received the load request from you. Delays in the arrival of the message may happen due to the unlimited promo of Globe and Smart or during peak hours.
2. You might have sent your message to the outgoing numbers of D-Loads. Please don't reply to the number replying to you. Please send all your load requests to 0917-8238999, 0918-2888088 or 0921-2888088.
3. Load request might have fallen to the 3-hr filter of the system. The system does not process identical message if received within 3 hrs. If u wish to load the same number with the same product code within 3 hrs, simply put 1 or 2 spaces before the first word so it will be treated as a unique message by the system.
4. Network related problem. (Globe, Smart, Sun)
5. D-Loads server experiencing technical problems.

• Confirm transfer
